Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

Upon delivery of the Goods, you will promptly examine them. If any of the goods ordered have been damaged in transit or have been incorrectly shipped or are defective through faulty material or factory workmanship. You must notify us by writing to us through email at support@lightslux.com within 30 days from the date of delivery of the relevant goods.

Please Note: You will be deemed to have accepted such Goods if you fail to notify us within such period.

2. Return and Exchange Conditions

Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them. All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.

Non-returnable items:

On-sale items or gift cards are non-refundable. Damage/Lost caused by customers is non-refundable.

3. General Return Process

Initiate a Return:

Please email photos and/or videos of the item to support@lightslux.com and include your order number. Our customer service staff will determine if your return request is eligible within 3 business days.

Return the Item: If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and a signature for returns or exchanges, as we will not be responsible for lost items.

4. Return Fees

If the return is due to our problems (such as incorrect products, or quality problems with products), we will provide a full refund for you;

The buyer should pay the freight if the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/ want the item, or ordering the wrong product/size).

A 10% restocking fee will be charged if you return for the following reasons: don’t want/need/like it, ordered the wrong product/size.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment: If you contact us promptly after your purchase, we may be able to help you cancel the order. If you have already paid but the package has not been shipped, you can cancel the order before it is delivered. We will provide a full refund.

After Shipment: Once the package has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. Please double-check your order carefully before purchasing.

6. Refunds

Return processing takes approximately 14 days. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed via your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.

If you paid with a credit or debit card, we will refund the amount to the same card used for the original order after receiving your return. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method and may take approximately 5-7 business days.

If you paid with PayPal, we will refund the amount to the same PayPal account used for the original order after receiving your return. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method and may take approximately 1-3 business days.

7. Please Note:

Color Discrepancy Product images may have a slight color difference from the actual product due to factors such as lighting, color temperature, and display parameters. Please refer to the actual product for the correct color. Thank you for your understanding.
