Payment & Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Lightslux Inc. We are committed to providing a smooth and reliable delivery experience. Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.

Payment

We offer free standard shipping on most orders, with no minimum purchase required.

We currently accept the following payment methods: Visa; Mastercard; American Express (AMEX); UnionPay; JCB; Discover; Elo; PayPal; Afterpay and Affirm.

Please note that while prices may be displayed in your local currency, all orders are processed in U.S. dollars (USD) at checkout.

Once your payment is authorized and verified, you will receive an order confirmation email. We begin preparing your order as soon as it has been confirmed.

Shipping

We currently ship to customers in the following countries:
United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

Please note that delivery within the United States is limited to the contiguous 48 states. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

1. Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and inspected by our production team before shipment.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days before dispatch.
Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or promotional periods.

2. Shipping Options

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Estimated delivery time is approximately 2–4 weeks depending on destination and carrier conditions.

Please note that delivery times may occasionally be affected by customs clearance, severe weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen delays.

Priority Shipping

For customers who prefer faster delivery, Priority Shipping is available at checkout.
Estimated delivery time is around 1–3 weeks, depending on destination and carrier conditions.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM PST.

Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

5. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at support@lightslux.com

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

6. Delivery Delays

While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to customs inspections, weather disruptions, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been shipped.

If you contact us in time, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Unfortunately, once an order has already been processed for shipment or is already in transit, it can no longer be canceled.

8. Taxes & Duties

In most cases, there are no additional charges after your order is placed successfully.

However, depending on your destination country, import duties, VAT, customs fees, or other local charges may occasionally apply. These fees are determined by your local customs authority.

9. Lost, Returned, or Missing Items

We sincerely apologize if an order is delayed, returned by the carrier, held by customs, or lost during transit.

If this happens, please contact our support team at support@lightslux.com. We will work with you on a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
